can i put a turbo on my truck and how hard would it b if i can thanks

 

Yes, you can put one on your truck. You can put a turbo on just abput anything including a lawn mower if you really want to.

It wouldn't be extremely difficult if you had all of the right parts for the project: proper exhaust manifold/header, plumbing for exhaust, turbo, lube line for turbo, mounting bracket for turbo, air intake plumbing, intercooler and it's plumbing (if your turbo is intercooled) etc.
