Help

1 Attachment(s)
I have 2004 F150 FX4. The "ABS" light has been on for a few months. I used my code reader and it brought up codes for the input and output sensors on the transmission and then the speed sensor on the rear axle. See attached photo. I have chnaged all sensors yet the ABS light still remains on and displays the error message attached in the photo. Any suggestions?

Did you try disconnecting one of the battery cables from the battery negative post and holding the negative terminal on the positive cable end for a few minutes to allow the computer to erase its adaptive memory?

Sorry "dominatorwvu", but I had to...

It seems nowadays that everthing has a hand out for money and as soon as I saw the picture, I saw the "ABS $ 00". So it popped into my head that your ABS system is out of cash and it wants more :)

Why should the ABS system be any different?

it's not the sensors it very well may be the wires are broken on the inside. and the connectors could and usually do go bad due to corrosion with all the moisture in the air and on the road

I tried that. The ABS light still remains on.

if you can find them you can change them yourself. and after you do just take the negative battery cable and hold it to the positive side so that the computer can reset itself

Yeah! definitely you can connect them by yourself.
