Help needed F150 4X4 2001
 

I have a 2001 F150 with the 5.4 v8 triton engine. First stopped running. Then stopped turning over. Replaced Battery, key and tumbler, then electrical part of ignition switch---turn ignition all way still do not turn over. Starter ok. Had towed to ford dealer to have keys programmed, told they couldn't do because no signal. Would charge me $500 - $1000 just to check it out. I had it towed back home. I jumped the switch, got it to spin over but wouldn't start. Didn't hear fuel pump. What can I do to get it to spin over so I can take it back to the dealer to have the keys programmed.:confused:
