HELP!!!!! PLEASE
 

alright i just bought a 5 speed, 4.7L, 1995 ford f150 straight six. the body has about 108,000 miles on it but the guy i bought it from dropped in a new motor that had 30,000 on it and it now has 45,000. i was wondering if any of you guys think it would be worth it to put maybe a flowmaster kit on it and maybe a couple other things. the thing is in alright condition so i was debating if i thought it would be worth it to drop my money into it. please help me out guys

The engine would be a '4.9' six.. They were excellent engines!!! with lots of low end grunt and usually had a 'long' service life.. Unusual to see one die at 100K even if used in severe conditions.. Are you wanting a better 'note' out of the mill, or more power?
