Hesitation/Loss of power

Hey,

I have a 99 f-150 2wd 4.2l 130k miles. I have been experiencing hesitation/loss of power. I have done the following. Replaced both Front HO2 sensors, Replaced MAF, and found a failed hose on the upper back left corner of the engine. And I still have the following ODB codes showing. (P0340, P1520, P0443, P1451, P0135, P0155, P1409, P1309) Can any one help?

RE: Hesitation/Loss of power

try a fuel and air filter and then maybe some fuel injector cleaner, and if not that the plugs are shot

joemar6988,

Thank you for the update, however I have changed the Fuel Filter and Air Filter, also changed the plugs and have run three cans of Injector cleaners and Dry gas throught the system. I have also cleared memory and cleared the DTC's and the codes are still showing up.
