idle problem

idle problem
I have a 2000 f150 with manual transmission. When im coasting and the truck is in nuetral it idles at like 1800. It will idle normal when i come to a complete stop or when i press the clutch then put itin gear(without releasing clutch). Also when it sits running for a while it starts to idle real weird like it drops. Any thoughts? IAC or 02 sensors???? thanks
