Illumination wire & Dim Wire
 

Hi , Need A Little Help . I Bought this 94 f150 a few weeks ago and the previous owner had installed an aftermarket stereo on it but he decided to cut the oem harnesses and hot wire them by himself . Ive already wired the wires correctly but i have one problem . My dim lights wont dim at all when i turn the dim switch . It just turns off or on . I cant set it to a brightness that i want . I know these 2 wires that are not connected are light wires . Blue/red is illumination And orange/black is Dim Lights . What i want to know is where do i connect these two cables ? To which wire is what im asking . If anybody knows please let me know .
