2004 5.4L second occurrence, towing 4-wheeler trailer and with less than 1/4 tank of gas in truck, engine loses power. Will not accelerate, will travel forward at 2-5 mph only. If I can make it to a gas station and refill tank, truck will then continue on as if nothing has happened. No codes when this happens. Seems to not be getting gas. Need suqqestions on what to check for. Without trailer attached can run tank empty and will not get same symptoms.[sm=boosign.gif]

 

sounds like a weak fuel pump
