Default No sound from radio

I have a 1997 F150 extended cab, whichhad to have the heater coil replaced. Ever since then, there's no sound coming from the radio. It appears that everything was hooked back up correctly, and all the lights on the radio work. If you push the volume +/- it appears to work, just no sound. This is the original radio with original CD changer located in the back seat (ESC with CD DJ). I've heard people talk about an unlock code, but not sure that's what I need since it appears to work, just doesn't produce sound. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Have you removed the unit to see if all wires are connected? It is possible the person doing the work left some wires unplugged. Did you take it back to have them look at it?
