No start

Driving down the road with the AC on they all the sudden the truck shuts down and will not start. Had it towed to home. It's throwing like 30 codes. Seems to have power everywhere just won't start is all... Thanks for all your help guys... This is a good one too !!!

Would like to say "Happy Fifth" , but don't want to get ahead of myself. lol

Two things come to mind, loads of codes could be an indication of a ground problem.
The other of course is do you have spark and fuel?

Is it safe to assume the engine will crank over , but just will not fire up?

Do you hear the fuel pump run for the usual 2 seconds when you first turn the key on? Yes/ No ? If yes, check the fuses. all of them.
What is the check engine lite doing when you are cranking it over attempting to start the engine? Does it stay on or go off ?
If it goes off OK , if not look at the crank sensor area to see if a possible wire problem is present.

Will turn over but will not even give a kick as if there is no spark at all.. One of the codes says fuel rail something or other will get all the codes later on and post them for yas. Another code says multiple misfires so it could be anything at all... geesee..
When it did shut off I noticed that it said OD/OFF go figure. All it does is turn over but no fire.

Not if this would be the problem or not but I did have an auto starter installed without any problems.. Just sayn. I will bypass it tomorrow and try that too.

FYI FORDS do not like added on gizmos !

It may or may not be part of the problem. best thing for now is to disconnect it from the vehicle.
Just because the add on worked for a while is no indication it can't be part of the problem.

I would consider starting at the battery negative terminal and verify each and every ground wire connection you can see/find..
The code descriptions are attempting to tell us the voltage readings are higher than they should be and one of the reasons is because there is no path to ground to bring those readings down to where they should be.
Don't know how or where you made the connections for the add on, but it would be a good idea to either disconnect it or remove it even if it worked for a while.
Don't overlook the ground for the computer itself.
