Default P0175 and P0171 baffling master techs

So I have an 03 F150 Supercrew 2WD with a 4.6L. It has been throwing P0175 (bank 2 rich) and P0171 (bank 1 lean).

New MAF (still reporting a low voltage compared to actual, most likely due to K&N intake or possibly a PCM that needs recalibrating?)
New O2 sensor
New PCV valve
New #8 cylinder coil pack - this just happened to start missing during the last few months while troubleshooting the rest

The dealer is blaming my K&N intake, which was on and running fine for 2 years previous to this issue. Below are average readouts from an approximately 10 minute run. Pepboys master tech was scratching his head. I am banging mine....

I have attached a slimmed down version of a 10 min reading for your viewing pleasure. Performance is sluggish even at WOT, and as you can see, the Calc Load Value is through the roof.

Long term fuel trim b2 = -18.06884421
Long term fuel trim b1 = 24.52781189
Short term fuel trim b2 = -0.491954613
Short term fuel trim b1 = -0.366941996
O2 b2s2 (V) = 0.619190835
O2 b2s1 (V) = 0.37404246
O2 b1s2 (V) = 0.612947312
O2 b1s1 (V) = 0.396473656
MAF (g/s) = 20.81591212
IAT (F) = 108.492551
Spark Advance = 18.08660252
Calc Load Value = 52.55573737
TPS = 25.41122015
Speed (mph) = 21.03025563
RPM = 1232.282619
