I have an 04 f150 started dying on me and when headlights are on so is my left turn signal on my dash and wipers only go half speed what's going on

What engine is in the vehicle ?

Instead of running individual wires for various sensors and controls they use modules and a common bus wire to transmit info over just 2 wires to connect the modules to one another. Early vehicles had several modules that controlled lights, radio , instruments, fuel, door locks , windows etc. Newer vehicles have over 50 modules all tied into a network where info is shared like, ABS, stability control,navigation, HVAC etc.
There is a BCM (body control module ) that controls info for things like wipers lights and so on. A quality scan tool is required to check out these systems .
They can get so complicated where for instance the left rear tail light is controlled by a different section from the right tail light.
A good portion of the time poor connections are the problem (power and grounds) and sometimes a module has to be replaced and programmed to know what to control.
With your particular vehicle , I would look at the inside fuse panel under the driver's side dash. They were known for the windshield leaking on the panel and causing problems that were unexplainable since a slight bit of, water caused corrosion, affected the voltages for some of the system.
There is a Smart Junction Box at the fuse panel that also acted as a body control module and might be responsible for the weird happenings. A thorough visual inspection there might help to pin down if that is the problem area.
