replacing mirror
Rockinpoppa,
Are you replacing it because of vandilisim type damage/accident type damage or other?
The reason that I ask is that both my mirrors on the 98 F150 have devoloped a physical problem, the right worst than the left.
Looking at them thru the mirror glass, they appear to have a honeycomb appearence and I can see the electronics modlue mounted inside along with a square film circut in the middle of the mirror. It appears that the film is seperating from the entire glass giving it the honeycomb affect. The electronis still work but am afraid over time will become unusable, any body else run into something like this?
