Runs rough but runs
 

My Ford is a 1997 F150 with 700,000 miles. I am waiting delivery of a 2015 TRANSIT 150. Regarding the F-150 it runs rough. It has new plugs catalytic converters. What I intend to do is get it running and donate it to a 501c3 Veteran Farmer Group in Louisiana. I wuld like suggestions.

do a compression test. I had a 4.6 burn a hole through the piston. Check your oil to see if it smells like fuel and is thinned out. What plugs did you buy? Friggin AC delco claims to have a compatible plug but wouldn't trust it.
