Stalling in the morning

1996 Ford F-150 5.0l V8, 160,000 miles... My truck is stalling in the morning within the first mile or so. With my foot on the gas the engine just goes quiet. After I let off the gas it returns to idle but after a little more gas will stall right out. Truck can be immedialty restarted and driven the rest of the day with no problems at all. I have also noticed a whine from the middle of the engine in the morning that always precedes. I have reaplced fuel & air filters, distributor, O2 & MAF sensors, IAC & EGR valve, and recently a coolant sensor on suspect that it wasn't getting a fast idle in the morning. None of this has helped and the check engine light does not come on. Any ideas?

RE: Stalling in the morning

This is just a guess it could be a loose intake or gasket
