Unhappy Too lean???

I recently replaced the spark plugs in my 98 f150 4.6. Everything ran fine for about two weeks and now I'm getting a code that says my bank 2 is running lean and once in awhile a random misfire on C8. I'm thinking that its the injector on C8 but I was wondering if you guys had any tips or other suggestions. How would I tell if the injector is shot?
Thanks

First thing I'd do is run some Sea Foam in the tank to try to clean the injector.

Default Too lean

Pull the plugs if they are "White" or Grey its too lean. Check the timing if you havent already done so. The carb may need the idle circuit fattened up too.
