What oil to use?
 
I have a 1995 F-150 with 169,000+ miles. What oil would you guys recommend I use? I do a mix of city and highway driving. Thanks.

any good quality oil penzoil castor oil shell exon but with that high of milage i would'nt go to syntec

Thanks, I was wondering what weight I should use as well, Like 10W-40? or should I use something else? 6 cylinder engine

IF U LIVE IN THE NORTH 10 W 40 IN THE SOTH 30 W

Thanks, I have been using the Penzoil 10W40, wasn't sure if I should switch to something different due to the high mileage, I guess I'm good to go!
