where to get these minor parts for a 1981 ford f100 custom

i need to know if the following issues are fixable for a 1981 ford f100 custom. it's an automatic straight six 4.9L

how much would a steering column changeout cost? i was just going to buy the spring/wire that connects from the column to the PND21 because the ticker is stuck at P.

my signal also won't stay down or up when i use it. advice on how to fix it?

where can i get a dash cap? dashboard's kinda messed up and i don't want to replace the whole thing. i heard about caps that fit snug right over it? any ideas?

any advice would be insanely appreciated. thanks. :)

I am not sure of the cost of a colomn but i do know that you can sometimes get the connections for the shifter in a junk yard fairly cheap along with the clips for your signal lights. However if you are having a hard time finding one in a junk yeard as i know i have in the past with mine you can always look at LMC truck they are expensive on somethings but as a last option its something to look into they will probably have a dash as well for you. Also sometimes napa carries a few after market parts that will work for you I know I bought a few window cranks from them and a few clips.
