wiring problem

Both wires on my injectors have power to them. Has anyone seen this before?

Is this with the injector unplugged? If not, that would be normal as the pcm is the ground for the injector. If it is unplugged, then you have a short to power on that injector. Could be from the pcm or other power wire.
