03" F250 S/D crew cab thumping in front end

Hi, I'm trying to help diagnoise a problem my good non mechanically inclined friend is having with his F250. whenever your driving it and hit a small bump at slow or high speeds you here a thump or rattle in the front end like something in lose or worn. you can feel it in the floor boards slightly. i've done some searching and the only other similar sounding problem i saw in another forum was the cab mounting bolts were loose. Also if it makes a difference this truck has about 95K miles on it. thanks in advance

thumping noise in front end

it could be your sway bar bushings on the front end
