03 f250 starting and exhaust prob
 

I have an 03 f250 with 6.0 and it starts and runs real rough if i dont keep it plugged up . i get white smoke and lots of virbration until it warms up. also when I turn on the heater the cab fills up with exhaust fumes. Can anyone help. Thanks

sounds like your glow plug system is not working there are threads here tell you how to check the system out and for the smell think that may be some fuel fumes the heater is pulling from the outside where the glow plug system not is working
