05 F-250 5.4L cam sensor prob
 

I have an 05 f-250 SD 5.4L w/ 130k+/- miles. My CEL came on a cpl months ago and I went to Autozone and got a diag. on it. The codes told me both cat.s were bad and both cam pos sensors were bad. I replaced both cat.s and put 3" dual exhaust .Replaced both cam sensors and now its blubbery when I take off from a dead stop. Its seriously lacking power also. I've been reading some blogs that have led me to thinking about a cleaning with Seafoam and then all new 1 piece plugs . " IF" I can get the crappy stock plugs out in one piece .!!! ???am I on the right track ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated....G
