My F250 is pulling two EGR codes, but has an EGR delete kit on it, and the EGR system is reading at 0.0. P0404 and P1408. Please help me figure out why it is pulling these codes, it has what "feels like" a miss when cold and pulling hill, when warm has no "feeling of a miss". Can this be related to needing to change the Fuel filters? All the injectors are reading at the correct pressures.

 

I have been looking into this mod myself for my 06. From what I read, by using the delete kit, most likely you will need to use a programmer to program it it to not see this code.
