Default 2002 F250 7.3L randomly dies once warmed up

Hello hello, I have a 2002, F250 7.3L automatic with just over 310,000 miles. I am having an issue pretty consistently with stalling. So heres the scenario:

-I start the truck and drive it until it’s at full operating temp. If I shut the engine off once it’s up to temp and leave it off for anywhere from 5-20 min, when I restart the engine and drive in stop-and-go traffic/stop lights/stop signs, the engine will sputter once or twice and stall. It will fire right back up with no CEL nor hesitation. It will continue to stall like this unless I am at consistant highway speeds. After 10+ miles of those hwy speeds, it will not stall again until the engine is shut off, let sat for 5-20 min and restarted again.

Now, if it sputters and I blip the accelerator, it will not die.

If if I put it in neutral when approaching a stop, it still will die.

No exhaust smoke has been noticed directly after stall nor at the following start up.

I have a realativly consistant 55-60 psi fuel pressure directly after the lift pump. I have replaced the ICP and CPS with Ford OEM parts. Oil level and pressure is good with a regular 3,000 mile oil change interval most of its life. The injectors are original, HPOP was changed about 100,000 miles ago and the Injection Control Module was replaced about 75,000 miles ago.

I have an Edge with Juice programmer on it and my next diag step is taking it off to see if it changes anything.

Whats throwing me off with my diag, is there are no fault codes (active nor inactive) and after it does it starts right back up as if I had last shut it down with the ignition.

any ideas?!
