Looks to me that if you pull off these trim panels you should be able to access the bolts, I do not have personally experience with this, I am just basing this off how the ford accessory site picture of the tow hooks for if there would be enough room to get the bolts and hooks out.
Just a heads up, I have the 2020 F450 and have nothing but issues with it so far, as soon as you feel that trans giving you problems TAKE IT IN! My truck has been to the dealership a total of 8 times so far and it’s been nothing but issues.
