3" body lift F250 DIESEL

I am finding many 3 " body lifts for a 96 f-250 but all are saying they cannot be equipped with a diesel motor. I was wondering if maybe there isnt a body lift for a diesel truck or i just cant find one. If anyone knows a website please let me know thanks
