Default 93 f350 low idle and no power

I have a 93 f350 7.3 idi turbodiesel w/approx 160k miles on this engine.
I had trouble starting the other day due to limited fuel pressure. I changed both my fuel filters (I have a small one on the return line) and bleed the lines after. I ended up having to bleed them a couple times cos I was in a hurry and didnt do it right the first time. Anyway all was well for a day or two then one morning I started her up and it was idling real low I almost thought it was gunna die on me and I've got little to no power. It takes two whole minutes to reach my new top speed of 45 down hill.
Do I still have air in the lines? Is there some other blockage that I dont know about? Any ideas help
Note: there is still a bit of moisture at the bottom of one of the injectors but I thought it came bleeding... could a bad injector leak like that? And would a single bad injector cos this issue?

Default I'm an idiot

I have been a fool. I the throttle line works like a brake line with a metal wire inside a rubber housing. The plastic clip keeping the rubber housing in place broke so my pedal just wasnt attached to my throttle properly. A single zip tie fixed my issue.

Thanks for the update.
Idle speed shouldn’t of been affected by cabling issues (?)

No it should not. My thought process was either A) I do still have something in the line that is effecting the engine, just not enough to notice now. Or B) It was set manually to idle at a certain speed by the little tensioner screw underneath the throttle that keeps the throttle pulled slightly when running. And since the throttle cable wasnt in it proper place, it was just going at whatever speed the engine wanted to.
