Default 95 F350 7.3 power problem

I drive a 1995 F350 7.3L with the 5spd, so recently I replaced my clutch because I thought it was slipping under power up hills. I was wrong. Climbing hills and acceleration seem to have taken a hit in performance. I know my mechanical fuel pump has a leak but not serious and I'm just trying to determine if that pump has outlived itself and its time for me to replace it. Also on a side note though possibly related it sounds like my truck has a starting problem. It starts fine then shakes fairly roughly for about 10-30 seconds depending on weather. The colder it is outside the less the truck tries to shake apart. During winter months when its cold in the morning it wouldn't shake at all. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance as always.
