My 96 F350 7.3 powerstroke is not getting the pulse width modulated signal to the IPR from the PCM and does not run. Battery power signal to IPR is good. I powered the IPR directly to close it and my high oil pressure went up and it starts and runs. Wire from PCM to IPR checks out good. Inputs seem OK. Has anyone seen this problem? I think its a bad PCM. I found a used PCM but it was from an automatic and my truck is stick. Will it work on my stick truck?
