Default 97 7.3L F-350 won't start

1997 F-350 7.3L power stroke diesel died and won't start back. it cranks over fine just won't start we have replaced the CAM sensor but didn't help. I am not sure we are getting enough fuel pressure if someone knows what that should be it would be a big help.

Two phase fuel pump circulates fuel at a fairly low pressurearound 3-10 psi first through the fuel filter,,then back to the second stage of the fuel pump. During the second stage, thefuel pump steps thefuel pressure up toaround 40 psi into the cylinder head/fuel galleries.
