97 psd trans problems
 

I have a 97 f350 powerstroke diesel, the auto trans blew so I replaced it with a trans out of a 22k mile truck,
It works fine until I stick my foot in it or go up hills, thats when it wants to go up and down from 2nd to 3rd real fast, or if at higher speed it will go in and out of overdrive until i let off the gas.
The only code that came up was PO113 IAT.
Would a bad IAT sensor cause this behaviour???
Any suggustions would be great
