Bad injector, bad ICP bad cylinder

2001 7.3 Powerstroke
I finally got to do the compression check on my suspected bad cylinder. It came out at about 100 lbs. Hard to tell for sure since the gauge wouldn't hold the pressure so I had to eyeball it while the wife cranked the truck. The others on that bank all checked out around 300 lbs. The battery was pretty low so cranking was not up to snuff - don't know if this would affect the results or not.

I had the truck checked out at the shop and they told me the injector in that cylinder is bad, and the ICP is bad. The question I have is would replacing the injector and ICP do any good at this point? I don't have the time/money right now to put a new engine in but I do need to get the truck to another destination, about 1,000 miles away. Once it is there it will be parked until I can do the engine.

The truck will actually run, but does poorly on gas mileage and power. Would doing the injector and ICP help my cause of getting it one last 1K miles?

To replace my ICP was 1200 bucks with labor... also what cylinder was your low compression?

The bad cylinder is #2. The same one (#2) has the low compression and the failed injector.

I got a ICP from Ford for $200. Was planning on doing it myself but if I ultimately end up putting an engine in it I don't know if it will have an ICP already or not so I haven't put it in yet.
