Ok not an expert but, I had a 94 F350 with 7.3L turbo. Kept blowing freeze plugs near the trans, had it fixed 2 times then one morning warming up in drive sitting idling all of the sudden the top blew off of the anti-freeze over flow. Wound up being blown head gaskets, compression was getting into coolant side and building pressure.

Who installed the kit?

Was the reason for the kit prior HG failure? Heads were checked? Sounds like head gasket/s. With EGR deleted, any indication of coolant leaving the exhaust? Droplets on the lower bed, moist carbon at the pipe etc.
