Crazy Behavior - Gauges go Flat, Door locks go up and down and won't stop!

Strange problem - Yesterday, When I went to start the vehicle, the engine kicked over beautifully on my 1999 F-250 7.3L Diesel Crew Cab, short box 4x4, but my instrument cluster went flat and the strangest thing started to happen...the door locks started going up and down...rapidly...and it will not stop until I turn off the ignition.

What is happening!

Take a look at all of your chassis ground leads. You may need to clean them.
