A lot depends on where you live and drive. If you don't drive on wet salted roads a lot and don't do a lot of stop & go driving pad and rotor life can go for quite a while. If you have 69,000 miles on original pads that says you are either easy on the brakes or do a lot of highway driving. I have found OEM pads to last a lot longer than some other brands. There is a minimum spec for rotor thickness that shops have to stick to if they plan to cut them. It is stamped on the back of the rotor. I have seen rear rotors for a F350 rusted so badly that there was nothing left on the inner drum of the rotor for the parking brake to hold. The best way to know for sure is to remove them and have a shop with the brake lathe check them out . They are pretty hefty rotors and if not overused can provide long life and service. You have to keep an eye on Ford pads because there is no warning squealer on them to let you know it's time to replace them and they wind up destroying the rotors.
