F350 Diesel 2008

Will not go faster than 40mph when towing uphill, turbo gauge @ 50% . If i pull over select park andturn off engine, then restart problem goes away check engine light is on. anyone has a solution?:(

Has the truck been going into Regen? Could be a DPF restriction.. It still must be under the engine warranty, and with any CEL only a guess until the codes are retrieved..
