High mileage?

New to the group here so hope in the right place.
I picked up a 97 f250 with a 460 v8 with 207,000 miles on it. It runs and drives great with just a little lite clicking noise when running.
My question is what's high miles on these 460 and should I be worried about the motor.

Welcome to the site..

200k is a fair amount of miles on any gas engine. But the 460 is a good power plant.
With that mileage many other components come into play like the trans if it hasn’t been replaced. (?) A big ticket item.. Shift quality, good?
Any supporting service documents with the truck?
Noises are always hard to guess at the forum level, but it could be a lifter/valve train issue, or sometimes even an exhaust manifold leak can mimic a click noise, cracks, broken bolts, and flange leaks. Injector noises as well, but generally slight in nature.
Can you take a vid and post the link? If we can hear it, it would help with a possible ID...
