2002 f250 super duty oil pressure drops to 0 and returns back to normal - truck has 197,000 miles anyone experience this problem?

 

i saw this problem in a escape would loose its pressure the check oil light would blink check pressure was ok but every little while it would loose its pressure contacted ford tech line and they said to replace the engine
