Little to no turbo boost

Hi all, I have a 03 SD with a 6.0 at 108000 miles. Had an injector go down got that fixed and turbo quit spooling. Learned the unison rig was stuck. Took turbo off fixed that and rebuilt the turbo my self. No big deal.
Have now put it back together with no codes on the Foxwell 510 or the Edge tuner. Checked the EBT tube, clean, installed new EBT sensor. Here is a pic of all the perimators in action. Why do I not have any boost or at road speed only have 4lbs?

no boost

The obvious answer is that there is something wrong in the turbo. I think I'd pull the air inlet tube and make certain that the turbo rotor is still free and nothing distorted and bound up once you bolted up the turbo. Then you could start it up and have somebody load it up a little (brake torque) and watch if the turbo starts spinning faster.

When I had right side injectors installed in my '07 6.0, when it was returned to me, I had very low boost. I took it back and the the mechanic found a connector he'd unplugged not snapped all the way together. I'm not sure exactly what connector though, but it wasn't on the turbo.

Seeing as you had your turbo off, you can answer my question that hasn't had any response. Is there a gasket on the outlet of the turbo where it joins to the down pipe? I have an exhaust leak there and before I take it apart, I want to know if I need a gasket or just a new clamp.

Did you check the rest of the exhaust system for restriction?
