20 amp fuse into where? Fuse panel inside or the one in the engine bay? Sorry for not mechanically inclined.:p

Without being there to follow through, if there are no visible contacts in the inner fuse panel the fuse won't stay in there. Try placing the fuse in the #5 place wherever it will stay. Did the OD system ever work for you before?
