No power when turning the ignition switch.

Hey guys, my ford f 250 87 rwd has a problem.. Not receiving any power when I turn the ignition switch to on. The starter works, battery is good, horn and buzzer work when the key is in the ignition, lights don't come on from the dash and the fuel pump doesn't turn on either. I'm thinking the power pack or the computer is burnt. Before this happen there was little sparks and smoke under my steering column where all the wires are maybe something to do with that?

follow the smoke. have a look under the column for melted connectors, wires or ignition switch

Tried nothing seems to be wrong tested all fuses, everything is normal I can jump the solinoid with a screwdriver battery seems to be okay my post were lose and got my mechanic to tighten them really hard and was thinking he over righted them and also tighten the bolts on the solinoid but any other ideas after I try fixing that part. I have headlights door buzzer interior lights but no dash lights sound from fuel pump and no start stoll thanks.
