Rear differential drain.
 

I’m new to this forum and new to being aI have a 1990 f350 and I’m doing a rear differential fluid change and I was previously told I should use 80/90 gear oil but I keep coming across 75/145. Can someone please give me a little more info on what gear oil I should use. Thanks Nicci.
