shocks F250

I have a 2006 F205 4x4 crew cab with a powerstroke diesel. I use it as a daily driver and 2 months I pull a 12,000#5th wheel on vacation. I have 90,000 miles and am wondering when to replace the shocks. I see no oil on them and am not heavy enough to do a bounce test. When in a corner and hit small bumps it tends to skip. What is the best replacement shock for this driving?

I put gabriel max control shocks on my f250 crew cab and for everyday driveing and towing large loads they respond great

01' F250 crewcab 4x4 and added "rough country" nitro filled shocks..really helped handling and towing, although i think my boat/trailer weigh only #5500-#6000...
