Starting issues

Hey guys im new to the forum and im looking for help. I have a 1996 f250xl 5.8l 351w having problems starting it. The truck only starts once ina while at random. Ill be out there cranking and cranking but no start. It may try to start but halfway through the engine about to start will cut out. Seems to not start mainly when its colder out. And oddly enough, when i do get it to run, it will drive okay for awhile than start to misfire bad. No codes show up when i scan it though. Replaced dizzy, plug wires, icm, and ignition coil. Spark plugs look good as well. Im drawn to think maybe fuel pumps are beginning to fail. Although the fuel pressure is normal. I can not figure this out and need help !!

Let's see what we have , maybe we can help.
There are a few things to know that might help.
I question the fuel pressure because I don't know how you obtained the pressure number. Do you have that number?
Would you mind telling me exactly how you replaced the distributor, it is important to know because if not exactly right , IT won't start or will just about start.
When you crank it over to start when cold can you pull one of the easier plugs to remove and tell us , if it is dry or wet? If dry , not getting fuel , if wet getting too much fuel OR Spark problem not happening at the correct time. We should be able to get it going, but without being there, difficult to know what is happening so have to keep asking you for addl info. Is that OK with you?
