Default Switched from Chevy to ford

Hello. I just bought my first ford. 2018 f350 king ranch dually. Have always had chevys but I was impressed with truck and got it. I would like to have bigger wheels instead of the factory 17s. What is the biggest rim and tire I can have without any mods, lifts? Also if I do a 2 inch level on front what would be the biggest rim and tire? Thanks

I do pull a t190 bobcat weighs about 10k with trailer. But not planning on using 5th wheel. I didn't know if I could get the king ranch 20s that come on the f250 models. 17s just look small .

They probably would. However, the 18" & 20" are for SRW units and the 17" are for DRW units. I'm assuming that the 18" & 20" are not offered in the DRW units from the factory due to rubbing on the rear tires if there is any clearance at all between the rear duals.

That's what I was worried about also. Did not know about rear side by side clearance issues. On side note, the truck is amazing . Pulls better than my 2015 duramax did. The inside is so much nicer. Headlights are awesome .

Glad you like it. I love my 2015 F-150 Lariat (ordered mine the way I wanted it...)

You might be able to get narrower tires than the standard 20" size that would allow you to run 20's on your buggy. That way, when you're loaded the side walls won't rub. Run a load range "E" and pump em' up... Might have to run it by a good tire shop on their thoughts.

The other concern if at some point you tow in 5th/gooseneck is the bedrail height. Much taller than their earlier counterparts...
