trans linkage
 

i have a 69 f-250 and the original trans (c6) went out the previous owner said something about the coolant tank leaking into the tranny and filling it up with antifreeze. so he put another c6 trans in unfortunately it was out of a car and the linkages are different. can i just change the internal linkage or is the valve body different as well?
