Default Chronic brake noise

2015 F250 FX4 super cab - i have chronic brake squeal that sounds like it’s coming from the right rear brake. Ive been to the Ford Service department 4 times at two different dealerships with the same results: “brakes are OK and you need to expect some brake noise wirh this truck”. The brake will squeal from application to full stop.
Is anyone familiar with this?

Yes and no,, these are still the OE linings? S/B unless higher mileage. What’s the current Milage? Used in severe conditions, mud, ice etc.
Is the noise present cold to heated? Meaning present cold and silences when driven, audible changes, or, maintains the noise across the heating ranges.

OE pads are carbon metallic and are susceptible to ‘morning’ squeal from humidity and low pad temps. That said, if the noise is consistent, remains under normal/extended driving then there’s probabaly some issue, more so the pads, and generally correctable. Cracks in the lining, tapered pad wear etc can cause noise, as would or could rotor condition, pins, guides etc. that may cause irregular wear causing noise. Did they visually check and inspect the rears/lining thickness, or remove the caliper for the pad inspection?

The truck has 21000 miles. Im assuming that its all original equipment. I pull an RV TT and thought that was the problem. But actually it happens hot or cold. Could parking brake be entering into this. The last maintenance group said they disassembled and there’s no problem!?

Most brake squeal relates to pads, but the other hardware, rotors, pins, guides etc need to be considered and checked. Your OE pads would have integrated anti squeal shims attached. The OE pads rarely will have issues with the shims, nor ‘heated’ squeal issues, but with the aftermarket units the shims can slip, shift, tapered or off flat wear etc and cause squeal. Semi metallic linings being more of a cause for or prone to squeal cold (ceramic linings less) as well as brake dust deposits on the wheel faces. Sometimes excessive or differing wheel dust deposits from Right to Left or even Front to Rear can be an indicator of heat/wear problems.
Generally during a brake job high temp graphite grease is applied to the pad/shim to allow it some minor movement and insulation and of course reduce shim wear/damage. Caliper pins and guides need free lateral movement so the pads can release completely after application. If not, excessive heat and wear come into play. I’m sure they checked, but needs mention.

The e-brake is a ‘drum in hat’ type unit and being of brake shoe type frictions used,, if there’s issues it’s not a squeal problem, but generally little to no e-brake hold, or if a drag issue, heat would be the immediate problem and accompanying wear.

Brake squeal hot, you may have or experience a chirp as pressure is first applied but usually quiets completely under light/moderate brake applications. But again, most only experience the squeal as the brake components warm to operating temps. If the rotor surfaces are flat, no lateral run out (side to side travel), you could replace the pads with with new Motorcraft or go with a quality aftermarket friction. Ceramic linings and semi metallic all offer benefits.

All being equal, the squeal should be global meaning all 4 if your considering it normal. But depending on use in dirt or mud, ice including salted can have an effect or be cause for individual brake noises. Pads with deep cracking (minor not an issues) tapered wear can cause squeal and even if visually checked for useable thickness may not set a caution. Severe duty can affect lining quality as well.
