This tells us it is a constant drain that does not get reset when the load is removed.
That makes it much easier to locate and that can be done by removing one fuse at a time and watching for when the current draw drops down.

Once you know which fuse is involved, all you need to do is see what component(s) are involved and it might take a little detailed physical looking at wiring and components to arrive at a good conclusion and solve the problem.
