Acceleration issues and hi temps

I recently have been having issues with my 2006 500. I had to replace a few parts, like the ETB, EGR valve and in take plenum. For some reason the egr valve isnt redirecting the hot air back into the cylinders and burnt another hole into this new intake. Has anyone ever had this issue or anything like it. Im quiet confused. Btw i live in south korea. So taking it to a local shop isnt that easy sometimes.

I've seen a couple of plugged converters cause too much back pressure and blow the side off an egr valve how did it run before it broke?
