Front, rears or both.

Consider trying this;
Only need a few feet to do this, Start the vehicle moving and only apply the parking brake to stop the vehicle.
If you do not hear the grinding the problem is definitely coming from the front
If, however, you hear that grinding noise while only using the parking brake, now you have isolated the problem to the rears.
If you purchased all the pads from the same place and you hear the grinding from both front and rear, the pads could be the problem.
Let us know what you find, thanks.

Usually it there is a front hub involved you will get some unusual noises when turning because that is when some strain is placed in the hub. Can you determine if the noise is louder on one side than the other?

the noise is louder on the left, was told it sounds like its coming from past the brakes, my brother helped me out with that, its makes some noise turning left while applying brakes but no noise off the brakes, thinking about replacing the hub. But would rather have a better idea before i did

Trying to diagnose over the net can be futile without actually being there to hear the noise.
When you had the caliper, pads, rotor,and hub off did you notice anything unusual with the CV joint(s) ?
Curious why there was no noise after you applied only parking brake.
